1. The OBDII interface of for Mercedes-Benz vehicles must be 16PIN to support;
2. The supported range of for Mercedes-Benz vehicles: 2000-2020. (Old cars before 2000 and new cars after 2020 are not supported.)
3. Vehicles that do not support 38PIN (this is very important, there are quite a few very old Mercedes-Benz cars):
107(1971-1989), 124(E Class 1984-1994)129(SL Class 1989-2001)-only support SL126(S Class 1979-1991),140(S Class 1991-1998), 170( SLK Class 1996-2004), 201(190 1982-1993) 202(C Class 1993-2000), 208(Up to 2002), 210(E Class 1995-2002), 461(G Class)463(G Class 1990- )
4. All the functions described in the product may not be available in all vehicles, please consult before purchasing.

What Could Cause the Check Engine Light to Turn On?

The check engine light can come on for many reasons. For example, oxygen sensor failure, loose fuel cap, catalytic converter failure, ignition coil issues, bad spark plug wires, vacuum leak, ect.

How to Turn Off the Engine Fault Light?

✔️Read/Erase Codes : Read the fault code within 3 seconds and clear the pending fault code, and turn off the engine light.

✔️Live Data Stream : Reads abundant live data stream and freeze frame data to monitor the operating status of the vehicle, including the status of the fuel system, engine coolant temperature, RPM and various sensor parameters.

✔️Smog Check :The purpose of the readiness monitors is to test the emission control systems of the vehicle itself. The monitors are also known as emission monitors. Determine if your vehicle is ready for a smog test.

✔️EVAP System Test : The EVAP test function lets you initiate a leak test for the vehicle’s EVAP system. Before using the system test function, refer to the vehicle’s service repair manual to determine the procedures necessary to stop the test.

✔️Vehicle Information : The option displays the vehicle identification number (VIN),the calibration verification number (CVN), and other information of the test vehicle.

✅Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regen:

Regeneration control system, requests the DPF regeneration process while DPF blockage and turn off the DPF indicator.

✅Injector Coding:

Code new injector numbers to replace the previous one when fitting the new injectors or after the replacement is completed.

✅ADblue Reset:

Some diesel vehicles may need to add urea, and the urea warning light needs to be reset after the addition is complete.

ABS automatically controls the braking force of the brake when the car brakes, so that the wheels do not lock and enter the state of edge rolling slip (slip rate is about 20%) to ensure the maximum grip between wheels and ground.

The BZ700 allows the scan tool to evaluate the battery charge level, monitor the short circuit current, register the battery change, activate the vehicle hibernation mode and charge the battery via the diagnostic socket.

✔️TPMS System:

Makes sense in displaying sensor IDs from the vehicle’s ECU, inputting TPMS sensor replacement IDs and testing sensors.

✔️DPF System:

The scan tool can retrieve/clear DPF-related codes, reset the DPF light after a filter change, micro-control the injection rate, and burn off collected particulates when a maximum level is reached.

Special Functions For Benz Vehicles Diagnosis

✔️Oil Reset:

Allow you to reset your oil. Oil change frequency is dependent upon the make and model of your vehicle. The frequency also depends on you and your driving habits.But you should change your oil at least twice a year, regardless of how much driving you do.

✔️ABS Bleeding:

When the ABS contains air, the ABS bleeding function must be performed to bleed the brake system to restore ABS brake sensitivity.

✔️Transmission adaptation :

This function supports routine maintenance of transmission modules, for example, reset adaptation values, adjust the oil level.

✔️BMS Reset:

To put it simply, battery registration is a process of updating your vehicle with information that a brand new battery has been installed in your car.

✔️Battery Voltage Test:

Battery test allows you getting the voltage of battery with OBD port by the scan tool when the engine starts.

✔️Throttle Relearn:

Relearns the throttle valve control value while clear or replaces the throttle value.

✔️TPMS Reset:

Allows you to check the tire sensor IDs from the vehicle ECU and to perform TPMS reset after tires sensors are replaced or rotated.

✔️EPB Reset:

Reset the brake pad after repairs in electronic parking brake system are done. Deactivate and activate the brake control system, assist with brake fluid control, open and close brake pads, etc.

✔️SAS Reset :

Allows you to perform adjustment of the steering angle sensor, which permanently stores the current steering wheel position as straight-ahead in the sensor. After calibrate sensor successfully, its fault memory will be automatically cleared.
